Rate: $25/hour

When you book Fruition Creative Studios, you also have the option to work directly with Mai Nicole, the Owner, Lead Creative, and studio’s in-house Production Assistant at Fruition Creative Studios.

As your in-house PA, I support your production day from start to finish — ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and creatively aligned with your vision. With years of experience in creative strategy, content production, and studio operations, I bring both structure and artistry to every project.

What’s Included:
✨ Pre-Production Support

• Assist with setup, lighting adjustments, prop styling, and creative prep
• Organize equipment, checklists, and shot order for a smooth start
• Help manage time and flow on set

🎥 On-Set Assistance

• Operate or assist with camera and lighting equipment as needed
• Handle playback, props, and set continuity
• Monitor scene flow and assist with quick resets or adjustments
• Keep track of shot lists and ensure efficiency during the session

💬 Client + Talent Support

• Greet guests and help orient them to the space
• Provide refreshments and ensure comfort on set
• Assist with transitions between scenes or looks

Creative Strategy (Optional Add-On)

Add Creative Strategy to your session for an elevated, guided creative experience.
This includes:

• A brief strategy touch-base before your session
• Support in aligning visuals with your brand or project goals
• Live creative feedback during your shoot (styling, framing, tone, storytelling)
• A post-session follow-up with actionable ideas for rollout or content direction
